Calling All Writers, Producers and Directors

Vanguard Television Network, Inc.

 Is currently seeking original programming written, produced, directed or starring women of color. 

To submit your programming to the network, please print out a copy of the release form below and mail it along with your programming. 

Permission and Release Form

I hereby grant permission for Vanguard Television Network, Inc. (VTN) to include the above-named production in any and all forms, to be included in their programming.  I further grant permission for VTN to distribute the above-named work on videocassette, broadcast, cablecast, or any other media format now or hereafter known.  (Not all forms of media will be utilized.)

I hereby verify that I am the person liable for above named production and have the authority to grant such permission.

I hereby release and discharge VTN from any and all liability arising out of my inclusion in the programming, and from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the video and/or DVD, including any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. 

All permission and releases granted by me herein shall be effective in perpetuity and throughout the universe unless otherwise stipulated, and extend and apply to VTN and its assigns, contractors, sublicensed distributors, successors and agents.

I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name.  I have read the above and fully understand the contents.  This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs and legal representatives.

In the event that any elements used in the production contain the work of a third-party, I understand that it is my responsibility to secure any necessary permission and/or licenses and will provide the same in writing to VTN.
